Shipping Delivery

Thank you for choosing to purchase scented candles from our website. We are committed to providing you with quality products and an excellent shopping experience. Here are the details of our shipping policy:

Purchase Notes

There may be slight color differences between different batches of scented candles. Product pictures taken under different lights will also show differences in color.

There may be a few bubbles, pores or variegated colors on the surface of the scented candle, but this does not affect normal use.

Order Processing

Once you have completed your shopping cart checkout and successfully paid, we will process your order as soon as possible. Normally, orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Our service hours are Monday-Friday/10:00 AM-6:00 PM (AKST).
Orders placed after 6:00pm Monday to Thursday will be processed after 10:00am the next day.
Orders placed after 6:00pm on Friday will be processed after 10:00am on Monday. Orders are not processed on weekends.

Transport Services

We use UPS Express as our primary shipping service provider. Shipping fee for all orders is $6. However, we offer free shipping for customers with order amounts of $100 or more.

We do not charge additional shipping tax.

Transportation Time

Our courier ships from 801 Karluk St, APT 108, Anchorage, Alaska, 99501. Shipping time is 2-4 business days. Depending on the distance of the area, the shipping time will vary.

Delivery Time

My delivery time is 3-6 business days. If your filtered water bottle is not received within 6 business days, you can contact customer service Quinzell Deshields by sending an email to [email protected] and we will arrange a refund for you or Redeliver.

Cancel Order

If you need to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, you can easily do so on our website. You can find the order details for which you have completed payment in your account, select the order that needs to be canceled and click the “Cancel Order” button.

For cancellation requests after 30 minutes, you need to contact customer service Quinzell Deshields by sending an email to [email protected] for processing. Please provide your order number so we can assist you in canceling your order more quickly.

The refund will be fully refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days after the order is canceled. The exact refund time depends on your payment method.

If the order has already been packed and shipped: the order cannot be canceled. You can refuse to sign or apply for a return after receiving the package. The resulting return shipping charges and other additional costs will be borne by the customer.

Sale Tax

Sale tax is borne by the customer.

Express Packaging

Scented candles are individually packaged. We use cartons for packaging to reduce damage to the candles during transportation. In addition to the candles, there are return labels and precautions cards in the packaging.

Tip: When returning items, you need to return the original packaging and return label, so please do not throw away the original packaging within the return validity period.
