Note: Due to the special nature of the product, scented candles cannot be returned after being lit and used.
Return Validity Period
You have the right to apply for return within 7 natural days after receiving the product. Please make sure to submit your return request within the return validity period. Returns will not be accepted after the expiry date.

- Items must be in original packaging with all tags and cards attached.
- Items must be unused.
- Returned products should match the invoice or order information provided at the time of purchase.

2. After successfully applying for return, please use the original packaging to properly package the returned product and send it back together with the completed return label (the return label is in the original packaging).

Exchange Freight
If you choose to exchange the product due to quality or transportation problems, we will bear the return shipping fee for the original product and the shipping fee for the new product.
If the product is exchanged due to the customer’s personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return freight of the original product and the delivery freight of the new product.
Relisting Fee
You don’t have to pay to republish your product.
